Basic Services
Web Site Hosting CAIT Developer Accounts
50 MB: $200 annual fee
200 MB: $500
300 MB: $720
400 MB: $1,000
$250 per account annually
$25 per student account
Domain Name Registration Graphic Design/Content Maintenance
$250 per name, per year
Bulk discount (More than 5 URLS): $200 per name, per year
Programming/Database Work Project Management
Hourly Rate: $63
All large contracts pay a pro-rated project management fee based on contract size.
Maintenance contracts of two weeks or less pay a flat $600 project management fee.
Photo Research & Rights Shared Drive Set-Up & Maintenance
Clients pays for photo research time ($63 per hour)
User Basic Rate: $10, per user, per month
Video Streaming
Video streaming with the industry standard Real player.
WDS will convert almost any video source to Real (fee dependent on conversion type).
50 MB of Streaming Video: $50 annual fee
500 MB of Streaming Video: $350
1000 MB of Streaming Video: $700
Google Site Search NetTracker Web Statistics
One-time account set-up fee: $225
One-time set-up fee: $225
$25 — Clients with 2 weeks or more of contract time.
$35 — Clients with less than 2 weeks of contract time.
Custom reporting fees: Varies; charges based on actual time to implement.
